How To Make Nut Crackers With Just 3 Ingredients

Want to know how to make grain free, diary free, gluten free, guilt free crackers with only 3 ingredients?

5 minutes to prepare. 15 minutes to bake.

Paleo friendly. GAPS friendly. Low carb.

Here you go. Show me some pictures if you make them.

Ingredients:
• 2.5 cups of nut (or seeds or mix of both) flour
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 egg beaten with fork
• 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mix all in and add 1 tbsp of water or more as required until you have a slightly sticky bowl of dough.
3. Split in half.
4. Roll the dough thin around 3 to 5mm thick between 2 pieces of parchment paper
5. Remove top parchment paper
6. Score it to the cracker size you want
7. Repeat for the other half of the ball
8. Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes and take out and flip over the cracker squares and bake for another 4 to 5 minutes.
9. Remove and ready to serve with cheese, butter, canned fish, sauerkraut etc.
