
How To Make Diary Free, Gluten Free, Chemical Free, Paleo Friendly and GAPS friendly Chocolate With just 4 Ingredients
Ingredients:
200g raw cacao butter
50 raw cacao powder (or more for rich dark chocolate)
50g coconut sugar or honey
1 pinch fine himalayan salt
Optional ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut cream (make the chocolate creamer and more mousse like)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp of crushed nuts or raisins
Method:
Melt cacao butter in a saucepan or a double boiler (bowl over boiling water on stove). Will help if you break up the cacao butter into smaller pieces. Use low or medium heat. Stir constantly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Continue stirring until all ingredients are melted and well mixed.
Pour into moulds or tray and put in freezer straight away.
Once the chocolate sets, ready to serve!
